This is a normal domain scam
This is a devious way to sell domains
Dont fall for this
Unless you are a global brand like nike or apple you dont need to buy every country domain name which goes into hundreds

Dear CEO,
We are the domain name registration service company in China. We received an application from Hongjia Ltd on April 27, 2023. They want to request “domain” as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names (domain.cn, domain.com.cn, domain.net.cn, domain.org.cn). But after checking it, we find this name conflict with your company name or trademark. In order to deal with this matter better, it’s necessary to send email to you and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China?
Best Regards
